Root Souljah - Live IN THE PALACE International Short Film Festival

Root Souljah is the first Bulgarian reggae band. The musicians define their style as reggae with hip-hop and dub influence and show their passion for Jamaican’s Rastafarians’ religion one of whose best followers was Bob Marley himself. Root Souljah was funded in late 2005 in Sofia. Later on Deazee crew joined the band followed by more recordings, more concerts and more musicians involved with the project. At the beginning of 2007 Root Souljah released their first album including 6 tracks. Recently RS has 9 members.
